Their main hobby as a family has been traveling to various parts of Canada and the United States. THE H. C. SATHRE FAMILY — 1940-1971 Helmer is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Hans Sathre of Tuttle (both deceased), and his wife is the former Evelyn Skogen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Skogen Sr., of Driscoll. Helmer was an Implement Dealer and Garage Owner at Tuttle for many years. He also owned the Lumber Yard there, before moving to the ranch in 1957. We are still ranching, north of town, around the Woodhouse Lake area. Our family has gotten smaller in one way — we have only two children at home with us. Lonna, age 15, will be a junior in high school this fall, and Hal, age 13, will begin high school in the fall. Our four older daughters have married, so four sons-in-law and I I grandchildren have been added to the family circle. Margot, a graduate of Concordia College, taught school in Kodiak, Alaska for two years. She was there and witnessed the earthquake in 1964. She met and married Toney E. Manley of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who was serving in the U. S. Marine Corps, stationed in Kodiak at that time. They have five children: Paul, John Toney is still in the service and sta- He is also a veteran of Viet Nam. Susie is also a graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead, with a degree in elementary education. She married Dennis Leno of Tuttle and they have three children: Darren, Dana, and Devin. They are at home in Moorhead, Minnesota. Dennis is an interior decorator and salesman at Bergstrom and Crowe Furniture in Fargo. Sharol attended Concordia College and completed the secretarial course and a course in stenography there. She was employed for several years by the International Harvester Co. in Fargo. At the present time she is a Key Punch Operator in Fargo. She married Darwin Felch of Tuttle and they have two children, Elise and Ouesta. Darwin is a welder by profession. They have just completed building a new home in West Fargo. Helen graduated from Bismarck Junior College as a secretary and stenographer and also attended Concordia College. She married Clois Hetletved Jr. of Robinson and while he was serving with the army in Viet Nam she was employed in Fargo. After completing his term of service, Clois attended school in Des Moines, Iowa. They live in Grand Forks where he is employed in I.B.M. Programming. They have one son, Dustin. Lonna, Evelyn, H.
