| Summary: | The record of glacier-front position changes at 15 individual outlet glaciers from Jostedalsbreen during the twentieth century is presented and interpreted. A specific pattern of glacier-front oscillations is recognised, with two re- advances during the first part of the century, followed by a strong retreat in the middle of the century turning into the present strong advance.
