As a part of this project, a detailed study of eights catchment areas (three in Finalnd, one in Norway, and four in Russia) was carried out during 1994. The following sample media were taken for this catchment study: snowpack, rainwater, stream water, groundwater, organic stream sediment, moss, topsoil, podzol profiles, Quaternary deposits amd bed- rocks. This report presents description of the Norwegian catchment (No 5 -Skjellbekken) and summarizes all analytical results obtained. 34357
