Summary:Examination of the 355 meteorite specimens returned from Antarctica and comprising the 1980,1981 and 1982 Yamato collections has resulted in the full classification of 51 specimens. These include two specimens of lunar origin, a graphite-rich ureilite, a C5 chondrite, a type 1 carbonaceous chondrite, seven CO3 chondrites, six diogenites, eight eucrites and two howardites. Mineral compositions are given for most of the classified meteorites.
