Full descriptions are given for Antarctic or Subantarctic species so far described rather insufficiently, besides morphological and taxonomical notes on some others. Especially a taxonomical discussion is made on the oikopleurid-group involving O. gaussica, O. valdiviae, O. drygalski and O. weddelli, leading to a possible conclusion that these might belong to the single species, O. gaussica. departmental bulletin paper
