Nordkraft Vind AS gjennomfører en konsekvensutredning i forbindelse med etablering av en vindpark i Sørjorden i Tysfjord kommune i Nordland. Norsk institutt for naturforskning (NINA), fikk i oppgave å vurdere konsekvensene på det biologiske mangfoldet i planområdet. Ecofact AS ble brukt som underleverandør for vegetasjon. Området under ett hadde middels verdi. De negative konsekvensene for vindparken ble vurdert til middels i både anleggs- og driftsfasen. De negative konsekvensene for kraftlinjen ble vurdert til middels i anleggsfasen, og liten i driftsfasen. NINA report 549. 48 pp. Nordkraft Vind AS is undertaking an environmental impact assessment (EIA) connected to the planning of a wind park in Sørfjord in the municipality of Tysfjord (Nordland County). NINA was contracted to do the EIA regarding vegetation, birdlife and other wildlife. Ecofact AS was subcontracted to do the vegetation part of the project. The area had overall middle value. The consequences of the wind park are considered to be middle negative in both the construction and operation period. The consequences of the powerline are considered to be middle in the construction period and little in the operation period.
