| Summary: | I år ble det påvist 52 dokumenterte eller antatte ynglinger av jerv i Norge. Dette er en økning i antall ynglinger på 18 % (8 flere ynglinger) i forhold til i fjor. Det nasjonale bestandsestimatet basert på antall ynglinger i de tre siste år viser at det i år er en bestand på rundt 340 voksendyr i Norge, noe som er litt lavere enn i 2013. Utviklingen av antall ynglinger i de ulike rovviltregionene viser at det er region 7 (Nordland) og region 5 (Hedmark) som har de største endringene. I disse to regionene er det en økning på henholdsvis fire og tre ynglinger sammenlignet med i fjor. De andre regionene har mindre endringer på en til to ynglinger i forhold til fjoråret. Alle rovviltregionene med fastsatt nasjonalt bestandsmål for regionen ligger over bestandsmålet i forhold til gjennomsnittlig antall ynglinger av jerv de tre siste årene. This is an increase of eight reproductions (18 %) compared to the previous year. The population estimate, based on the number of reproductions over the last three years, indicates a population around 340 adult animals. This is a minor reduction in the population size compared with 2013. The most pronounced changes in the number of reproductions, compared to last year, were found in region 7 and region 5. These regions had an increase of four and three reproductions compared to the previous year. Only minor changes in the number of reproductions were found in the other regions.
