Description
Summary:The SCAR Antarctic Digitial database (ADD) is a seamless, multi-scale compilation of the best international topographic mapping for Antarctica. It is managed and developed by BAS on behalf of SCAR. It is free at the point of use and is a key resource for Antarctic logistics and science, and is very widely used by multi-national science programmes and national Antarctic operators. Version 6.0, released in June 2012, features a completely new web interface to the data, as well as updates to the mapping in many areas and links to other datasets.
