Summary:This study aims to determine the implementation of the recruitment and selection ofemployees of PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia (SAMI). To investigate the factors, goals and alternatives that should be considered in the preparation of employee recruitment and selection models PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia (SAMI). This research was conducted at PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia (SAMI). The data used consists of primary data alone .Primary data were obtained through questionnaires and interview.This research uses descriptive qualitative research method based on case studies. Based on this study concluded: Implementation of the recruitment and selection of employees of PT. SemarangAutocomp Manufacturing Indonesia (SAMI) comprised of several stages, namely, a request from the staff, find alternative sources ofemployees, conducting selection and ending with the placement process.The main factors that influence the management informulating models of recruitment and selection of employees grouped into two parts : internal factors comprising of sevenfactors, namely, the needs of employees, company policy, company resources, the requirements of the position, as well as the vision, mission and objectives of the company,while the external factors consist of labor regulations and industry competition. The company's main objective to design models of recruitment and selection is to get a suitably qualified employees and improve the competitiveness of enterprises, who will works and joint the company for long time.
