Summary:1-day summary plot of basic parameters (electron density, electron and ion temperature, ion drift velocity, and radar operation parameters) observed by 32 m or 42 m EISCAT ESR at Longyearbyen, Svalbard. The first to forth panels shows altitude-time plots of electron density, electron and ion temperature, and ion drift velocity with a color code. The altitude range is from 0 km to 800 km. The fifth panel shows the system temperature, elevation and azimuth angles, and transmission power with the black, blue, green, and red lines, respectively. The third line of the upper legend describes a kind of EISCAT ESR data used to create the 1-day summary plot. In a case of 42 m EISCAT ESR data, this sentence includes a word “32m”. dataset
