There are no tapes covering 6 November to 11 December 11, corresponding to p. 154-189. During this time Chairman Fox took sick and died. Captain Warren acted as chairman, then on 11 December Mr. Bradley was appointed Chairman. Originally recorded on 16 in. transcription discs, transferred to 10.5 in. reel tapes (1975). 10.5 in. reels transferred to DAT (1999). DAT transferred to WAV file (2012). WAV file transferred to MP3 (2014).
