They would janney on St. Stephen's Day night (Boxing Day) and looked forward to getting treats like syrup, cakes, oranges and apples; 06:40 John Davidge talks a little about Christmas food and how they didn't have turkey back then but rabbit and moose; 07:05: John Davidge talks about mummering and using the dried out head and hide of a family ram as his costume one year. This costume backfired as everyone knew his ram, so therefore knew it was him. The video ends with Peter Laracy giving a recitation about mummering.
