After being unused for a number of years, it was used by Elaine Murray to store vegetables grown in Placentia community garden in 2010 but did not preserve produce as well as was hoped. It is currently being used as a shed to store paint, construction materials, and other miscellaneous items. Interior measures 1.45 x 1.9 m and is 1.65 m in height.
