On the second level there is a large emblem and the title "The Parish Hall." On the first level there are two windows and a door. To the left there is a telephone pole. On the right of the photo across the road there is a white fence surrounding another property. During this project the property was owned by St. Paul's Anglican Church, previously owned by St. Paul's Church. Building construction circa 1897.
