Summary:A black and white photo of a two-storey building with a grey roof and two brick chimneys. This building was used as the Anglican Parish Hall. On the front of the building on the top there is a bell tower with three windows on each side and a spire. On the second level there is a large emblem and the title "The Parish Hall." On the first level there are two windows and a door. To the left there is a telephone pole. On the right of the photo across the road there is a white fence surrounding another property. During this project the property was owned by St. Paul's Anglican Church, previously owned by St. Paul's Church. Building construction circa 1897.
