Summary:A black and white photo of a two-storey building with a grey roof and two brick chimneys. This building was used as the Anglican Parish Hall. On the side of the building on the second level there are five windows and on the first level there are five windows and two doors. On the top of the bell tower there appear to be three windows on all four sides. During this project the property was owned by St. Paul's Anglican Church, previously owned by St. Paul's Church. Building construction circa 1897.
