Summary:A black and white photo of a white two-and-a-half-storey house with a dark roof and brick chimney. Scaffolding can be seen on one side of the house, and three ladders leading to different levels of the roof. Three individuals can be seen to be working on the house. One man is on a ladder holding a window. A picket fence can be seen surrounding the property as well as other houses and sheds in the background. During this project the property was owned by Phoebe Mugford, previously owned by George Degrish. Building constructed circa 1850.
