There is a brick chimney at the front center of the house, to the left of the chimney is a ladder leaning on the house ontop of the front porch overhang. Behind the house on both sides are other homes in the distance. Constructed c. 1945, originally owned by Dick Clarke, then in 1979, owned by Jennifer Perry.
