Upon his passing, Vardy's daughter, Lori Roche, had the basket taken to a florist and made into a flower arrangement so her mother could have it as a decoration in her home. The bottom of the basket has been patched with duct tape and Vardy's payroll number "7435" is marked on the inside of the lid.
