Nutt. ] it had Rough Leaves & Lay on the ground (3) Takamahaca [* Populus balsamifera L.] with Plenty of Fruit but the flowers were gone a species of (4) Grass, Poa ? Trivialis [P. pratensis L.]?4 which I take to be the Common Poa grass of England (5) a Podded Plant, * Arabis Alpina ?, growing on Rocks near the sea side (6) Plenty of the Uva ursi, Arbutus Uva ursi [Arctostaphylos uva-ursi (L.) Spreng. ], Alpine Mouse Ear, * Cerastium alpinum, (8) a Shrub for it no where was so Large as a Small Tree, Acer ?
