Description
Summary:rocky a With reference to your note regarding cairns, the only term I have ever heard of for those things is _rocky man_. There are a number of these off southern Labrador which may be navigational markers although one such cairn contained the broken bones of a caribou and a bright red pigment, perhaps a vermillion. This is about all I can think of at the moment but if something else comes to mind I will let you know.
