(WELL), kind o' scared,you know, I wasn't scared like that IF I gotten over it. But I had a first cousin was drove (OUT) on the norther shore,over on (Bragg Island?)He was drove out of it in the night. FE. And did they come,or just _the noise_? H. Oh he.they.they drove 'em out of it! He had to get out of it!They had to get out in the night and row across here to Black Island! Whatever happened. Well now sir,they just.they went down there to go fishin' in the mornin',you know,'cause they used to go out.out the run fishin',see, AND much handier now. They rowed down there in th' evening and stay overnight. When they get up in the morning,well that was their livin',fish,then,and if they didn't get no fish they DIDN'T (sic) had to go without it!We'll say,go without food. But they rowed down there in Little Norther Harbour, 'cause they was goin' down round the Gull Island somewhere,or goin' out the run now, summer fishin', they wouldn't have OVER.
