Summary: | mud n This means a mud hole or muddy patch. Example: "Mom, what a state Wayne's in, he fell in the friggin' mud puck." This is heard often in Grand Bank and used mostly by children, though adults use it. I first heard this from a friend, Randell Melloy of Grand Bank, in the summer of 1955. We would hunt worms in a "mud puck" outside of town when going trouting. My father, Ronald M. Noseworthy of Grand Bank, uses it and says he has used it since his childhood in that town about 1925. a mud hole or muddy patch DNE-cit Used I and Sup Used I Not used
