The only thing they did in school them days was writing, and the Bible. One day Unca Moses ask Dan Cutler a question on the Bible. "'Dan, if you had the faith of (what kind of seed) you would be able to move mountains,' asked Unca Mo- sie, "Dan was sitting across from Unca Peter, so he reached over and asked Unca Peter what the answer was. "'Ginglet Seeds,' says Unca Peter, but he knew the difference he only did it fer badness. "Jes at the time Unca Mosie looked up and saw the boys talking, so he takes the broom stick and comes down. He quill (?) Dan's hans til they were black and blue. Then he turned around fer Peter. "Unca Peter jumps up and makes fer the door. Jes as Unca Peter grabbed the door, Unca Moses went to grab him.
