Summary:creep v George "creeped"[S]11[S] for his gear for a couple of hours and then gave up the search, deciding to wait until the tide shifted. His gear apparently had been carried over one of the ocean shelves by the storm. 11 When a man loses his gear, he hauls a small grapple-type anchor across the ocean floor attempting to hook the grapple on the line of his gear.
