While there are copies of the Council of Higher Education final examination papers available in printed form from 1913, they only - cover grades IX, X and XI. A fourth register covers grades VII and VIII for the 1942-1943 school year. Tucked inside the - 1942-1943 register were five single leaves which listed the names of each student attending the school that year and their monthly school fee - payments. These items could be of interest to researchers studying school attendance and truancy, and to genealogists and family historians.
