Summary:This book contains facsimiles of autographs and signed manuscripts of many well known public figures, collected to raise funds for veterans of the British Legion. Of note are the signatures of W.R. Warren, Prime Minister of Newfoundland (found on the page of signatures from attendees of the Imperial Conference of 1923), and Victor Gordon, acting High Commissioner of Newfoundland (located on the page of colonial High Commissioners in London). Also of interest is the autograph of Guglielmo Marconi, who in 1901 had received the first wireless transatlantic signal from his assistants in England.
