Summary:Requested by Prime Minister E.P. Morris, this report details the agricultural possibilities within Newfoundland, and also the successes and problems experienced in the Canadian agricultural industry. Suggestions of crops, possible farm locations, and livestock that would most likely succeed in Newfoundland are given, as are ways to lower costs and get more people working in the industry. The conclusions reached by Seymour are garnered from extensive research in both Newfoundland and Canada. Report submitted by A. H.
