[3]). Includes a list of the over 3000 contributors who sent in recipes, which were then selected for publication by the Newfoundland Home Economics Association. Editor Sally West, in addition to working for Maple Leaf Mills, had a radio program on CJON entitled "What's Cooking" and it was via radio that word of the cookbook project was spread (p. [2-3],126-7).
