[5], the Second World War on p. [140]. The entries are organized alphabetically by rank, name, unit, and date of death. Includes signatures on both title page and p. [214]. -- The original is displayed in Memorial Chamber of the Parliament Buildings in Ottawa, and a replica is displayed in the Confederation Building, home of the provincial legislature in St. John's.
