Summary: | Eric Bourden was interviewed in his shed and in his stage in Bayview, Twillingate. He showed researchers Crystal Braye and Lois Bragg half models of boats made by his father and tools that were used by his grandfather, before moving to his stage to see his boats. Eric describes his motor boat, built in 2013, which is on the slipway beside his stage. Inside the stage is Eric's punt, built in 1982 and used by Eric to row 86 kilometres around New World Island in 2009. Eric also discusses speed boats and engines. |
