Lack of clear assessment criteria can contribute to unfairness which can reduce the reliability of the process. Unclear job descriptions and deviations from the recommended interview format can create misleading expectations and thus lead to dissatisfaction and high staff turnover.The ideal recruitment processes can be uselful as a basis for developing an effective recruitment process that is adapted to the organization according to specific needs, taking into account the conditions for achieving the best result.
