| Summary: | In the Arctic, we can expect a new security policy challenge. The region seems to be appreciating and is becoming the scene of geopolitics. Global climate change greatly appreciates the importance of the region and changes the geopolitical balance of power. The purpose of this study is to present the power games in the Arctic and the consequences of global warming in the region. In addition, the geostrategic position of the area, its natural, social, economic and military conditions and its impact on security will be examined. Az Arktisz térsége napjainkban felértékelődni látszik, amiből kifolyólag feltételezhetünk egy új biztonságpolitikai kihívást. Mindez abból adódik, hogy meghatározó fontossággal bír mind politikai, gazdasági, katonai, mind környezetvédelmi szempontból. A globális klímaváltozás is jelentősen felértékeli a térséget és megváltoztatja a geopolitikai erőviszonyokat. Jelen tanulmány célja az, hogy bemutassa az Északi-sarkon zajló nagyhatalmi játszmákat és a globális felmelegedés következményét a térségben, továbbá a térség geostratégiai helyzetének, természeti, társadalmi, gazdasági és katonai viszonyainak, valamint mindezek biztonságra tett hatásának vizsgálata. |
