Summary:The aim is to develop a project of new multifunctional building in assesment with natural conditions of plot of building complex, existing structures and arrangement, infrastructure of engineering, values of nature and and cultural heritage, plot and environmental contextual visual landscape features. Goals: 1. Perform preparatory works: find out the task, collect and prepare necessary topographic material, collect normative and methodological material, get acquainted with lithuanian and foreign analogues, compose a list of of literature and other sources needed for work, compose a programme of project, inspect the plot of the project building, collect material about the current situation of the plot and anvironmental conditions, carry out photofixation of the plot. 2. Perform analytical work: analyze the situation of projected plot and its current status, present building project solution concept alternatives. 3. Present results of evaluation and solutions of projected object: usage and management of the plot and concept of building architectural solution. 4. Present proposals of plot management, present structure of building planned, spatial, and constructual, present separate structures and components. The results of the work: having evaluated current situation a new multifunctional building in northern cape was projected; a solution of plot and surrounding area management is given. Composition and scope of work: bachelor’s work consists of text (45 pages), of graphical parts (16 units) and of model.
