Summary:The paper presents conditions of turbot population in Lithuania in 2007. The end of May in 2007 was warm. The temperature of water was high. That is why the spawning was early that year. The intensive spawning of turbot was noted in the end of May and at the begining of June. The CPUE index was higher north of Palanga. The abundance of juveniles on the nearshore has been analysed. That year turbot juveniles distinguished themselves by high growth rate and high condition factor. In 2007, like in 2005, turbot generation was abundant.
