| Summary: | The aim of practical training firm is to strengthen managerial skills which assist in proper work in team using modern ITS, communicating and cooperating, making decisions and assuming responsibility for them. The objective of my arctic is to evaluate the activities of business practical training firm in strengthening practical and theoretical knowledge and productivity of firm's activities. To achieve the objective there was carried out a survey of Lithuanian Colleges practical training firms activities. Thus the results, which allow assuming that students are given a possibility to try themselves fortifying acquired theoretical knowledge through practical assignments, were generalized. |
