Description
Summary:In order to perform gravimetric measurements throughout the country, it is necessary to encounter measurements on the surface of the water. These measurements are much more complex, requiring cer-tain air conditions and the required preparation. Before measurements, a measurement program is created and the most suitable places are selected. The thickness of the ice, wind speed is strongly influenced by the accu-racy of measurements. The measurements obtained on ice-covered lakes show that the wind speed is more influenced by the accuracy of measurements, with an average wind speed of 5,5 m/s there is 0,3 mGal mean square error and with wind speed of 1,5 m/s – 0,01 mean square error. Measurement data for wind speeds over 3 m/s have been found to be inappropriate.
