| Summary: | Maģistra darba tēma ir Eiropas Sociālā fonda investīciju ietekme uz nodarbinātības attīstību Latvijā. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt Eiropas Sociālā fonda investīciju lomu nodarbinātības attīstības veicināšanā Latvijā, Eiropas Savienības sociālās politikas un nacionālās nodarbinātības politikas ietekmē, novērtējot sasniegtos rezultātus nodarbinātības jomā. Vadoties pēc izvirzītā mērķa, tika noteikti risināmie uzdevumi: 1.Pētīt sociālās politikas jēdzienu, mērķus un funkcijas valsts sociālekonomiskās izaugsmes veicināšanai. 2.Aplūkot Eiropas sociālās politikas mērķus un metodes nodarbinātības attīstībai Eiropas Savienībā. 3.Analizēt Eiropas Sociālā fonda lomu Eiropas nodarbinātības politikas veicināšanā. 4.Pētīt Latvijas rīcības stratēģijas un prioritātes nodarbinātības attīstībai Latvijā, analizējot sasaisti ar Eiropas sociālās politikas nodarbinātības mērķiem. 5.Analizēt Eiropas Sociālā fonda atbalstītās aktivitātes Latvijā periodā no 2004.-2007.gadam un rezultātā sasniegtos nodarbinātības attīstības rādītājus. Maģistra darba struktūru veido četras nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti sociālās politikas mērķi un funkcijas, vēršot padziļinātu uzmanību Eiropas sociālai politikai un nodarbinātības politikas mērķiem. Otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatīts Eiropas Sociālais fonds un tā mērķi Eiropas nodarbinātības politikas īstenošanā. Trešā nodaļa atklāj Latvijas nodarbinātības attīstības mērķus un sasniedzamos rādītājus. Ceturtā nodaļa ir autora patstāvīga pētījuma apraksts, kurā analizētas Latvijas nodarbinātības rādītāju izmaiņas periodā no 2003.-2007.gadam, ESF finansēto aktivitāšu rezultātā, dziļāk izpētot aktivitātes „Bezdarbnieku pārkvalifikācija un tālākizglītība” ietekmi uz nodarbinātības attīstību Latvijā un tā sasniegtos rādītājus salīdzinājumā ar Eiropas nodarbinātības mērķiem. Maģistra darba nobeigumā ir apkopoti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 84 lapas. Darbā iekļauti 7 attēli, 16 tabulas un 6 pielikumi. The issue of the Master work is influence of the European Social Fund investments on employment development in Latvia The purpose of the Master work is to study the influence of the European Social Fund investments on employment development, with the effect of social policy and national employment policy. To achieve the purpose of the paper, following tasks must be done: 1. Research socialpolitical terms, goals, functions and their impact on socialeconomic development of the state. 2. Regard the European sociopolitical goals and the methods for the employment development in the European Union. 3. Analyze the European Social Fund policy and its promotion to the development of the European employment. 4. Investigate the employment development in Latvia, analyzing connection with the European sociopolitical goals. 5. Analyze the supporting activities of the European Social Fund in Latvia, time period 2004 - 2007 and the reached development indicators of the employment. The structure of the Master work consists of four chapters. On the first chapter the socialpolitical goals and functions are examined, with deeper attention on the European social politics and the goals of the employment policy. On the second chapter is viewed the European Social Fund, which visits goals in the European employment. On third chapter are analyzed the development targets which become reached in the employment in Latvia. Fourth chapter is the author description of independent research, into which analyzed activities of the ESF and the pointers of the employment in Latvia become realized in time periodi 2003 – 2007, to draw attention project „Increase of the qualification and further training for unemployment”. There are conclusions made and suggestions marked in the conclusion of paper. Master work consists of 84 pages, in the work is attached 7 pictures, 16 tables and 6 supplements.
