| Summary: | Tämän kandidaatintyön tarkoituksena on tarkastella aurinkosähköjärjestelmän hankinnan kannattavuutta Etelä-Karjalassa Savitaipaleella. Kohteena on paikallinen palveluasumiseen keskittynyt Toimintakeskus Suvanto, jolle työn on tarkoitus olla apuna tulevan toimintasuunnitelman teossa. Työssä arvioidaan aluksi aurinkosähkön käyttömahdollisuuksia Suomessa ja maailmalla, sekä syitä kyseisten markkinoiden jatkuvalle kasvulle. Esitellään aurinkovoimalaitoksen tärkeimmät osat ja siihen liittyvää teknologiaa. Käydään myös läpi pientuotantoon soveltuvan järjestelmän asentamisessa huomioonotettavat asiat. Julkisen sektorin osiossa käsitellään aurinkosähköjärjestelmään saatavissa olevan energiatuen ehdot ja voimalan mahdollisesti vaatimat lupatoimenpiteet. Kohteen soveltuvuutta aurinkosähkön tuotantoon arvioidaan tarkastelemalla Suvannon nykyistä sähkön kulutusta ja sähkön hintaa sekä yrityksen kiinteistön rakenteen ja sijainnin vaikutusta aurinkosähkönjärjestelmän käyttöönottoon. Järjestelmän tuotanto selvitettiin arvioimalla Suvannon katoille mahtuvien paneelien määrä ja simuloimalla tuotanto ohjelmalla. Investoinnin järkevyyttä arvioitiin selvitettyjen tuotantotietojen ja hintatasojen avulla tehdyillä investointilaskuilla ja laskennassa käytettyjen muuttujien vaihtelua tarkasteltiin herkkyysanalyysilla. Lopuksi tuloksia tarkastelemalla pääteltiin, että investointi on kannattava. The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to examine the profitability of the acquisition of a photovoltaic power system in Savitaipale, South Karelia. This study is done for Activity Center Suvanto, a company which provides housing and activity services for elderly people in Savitaipale. The thesis begins by the examination of the use of photovoltaic power in Finland and elsewhere in the world, as well as considering the reasons for the continued growth of these markets. The components of the solar power plant are introduced, as are the related technologies. The study also goes through the aspects to be considered when installing a photovoltaic system suitable for small-scale production. The public-sector section deals with the conditions of the energy subsidy available for an investment concerning a solar photovoltaic system and the possible authorization procedures necessary for its installation. The suitability of the target company to produce photovoltaic electricity was estimated by assessing the current electricity consumption and electricity prices as well as considering the effects of the structure and location of the property. The electricity production levels of the system were determined by estimating the number of panels suitable for the roofs of Suvanto and by simulating them with a program. The investments profitability was evaluated by acquiring the production data and the price range of the system and using them for investment calculations. Sensitivity analysis was used to evaluate how the results change when the values of the variables change. The result of this thesis is that the investment is profitable.
