Description
Summary:The GRACE/GRACE-FO satellites, which are used to monitor global warming and climate change, which have been particularly noticeable in recent years, provide data on the gravity changes occurring in the world. These satellites, which have been broadcasting three data sets since 2002 and undergoing a protracted temporal change process, fundamentally broadcast three data sets. The Level-2 data group allows for observing geopotential changes from these data groups, which are accessed through various data centers. Level-2 data, on the other hand, cannot be directly utilized in geopotential change calculations. Calculations can be performed using either a model derived from the difference in the averages of long-term monthly temporal series or static models. Level-2 data is broadcast as harmonic coefficients. Various techniques could be preferred to reduce errors caused by higher-order harmonic coefficients. Gaussian and DDK filters are among these techniques. Within the scope of the study, the solutions of Level-2 Version-06 data obtained from GRACE/GRACE-FO satellites were used by applying both DDK filters and the Gaussian filter technique. In addition, as a result of the anomalies noticed in the C_20 coefficient of the data obtained from GRACE/GRACE-FO, the C_(20 )coefficients obtained from the SLR and the C_20 coefficients obtained from the GRACE/GRACE-FO were changed. In addition, the oceanographic background model, the GAD model, was added to the GSM data. As a result of the study, the equivalent water thickness, geoid height, and gravity changes were examined in global and regional locations by applying different filtering techniques to Level-2 data provided by more than one data center. Regionally, the study areas were chosen as Turkey and Greenland. 2002 ...
