The purpose of the paper: To implement the food safety management system in production company of skilandis ( applying FSSC 22000 standard requirements). The object of the paper: Production department of skilandis. The structure of the paper. Title page, the final paper, summary, content, tables and pictures list, introduction, the theory part, the main part (designing, method of investigation, results, financialeconomic evaluation), conclusions/recommendations and offers, literature and other sources of information, accessories, consultants reviews, academic declaration of honesty. The results of the paper.  The subject is analyzed, literature analysis is carried out;  The description of raw meterials used in skilandis production (lean and sami-oily pork, spin fats of pig‘s without skin, edible nitrile salt, black and white pepper, garlic, sugar, laurel leaves) and materials (natural sheaths, natural yarn, cuttings, plactic boxes and trolleys) is prepared;  The calculation of raw meterials necessary for the production of skilandis. (700 kg/ shifts for performance) is presented;  The analysis of possible food safety risks in the chain of skilandis produkcion has been carried out. The management tools of the requirements of the international standard FSSC 22000 are determined;  The equipment and inventory necessary for the production of skilandis are reviewed and adapted;  The calculation of premises is performed;  Financial-economic evaluation of the project is provided. The annual production of 166600kg of skilandis is estimated. The cost of skilandis - 5,45eur. The volume of the paper.
