Everyone who has his own place which he intends to live, wants his surroundings to look flawless, gaze at the same time, be functional and adapted to the specific conditions and the needs of people living there. This can only be achieved by taking into account the bio-diversity of plants and the existing soil composition, prevailing winds and humidity. In this work I analyzed scientific and professional literature, legislation, methodology for the preparation of greenery, the Law on Greenland of the Republic of Lithuania. Work objective. Create Alytus district Krokialaukio part of the village Gintarės and Adomo Plytninkų homestead plantation project. Working object. In the final bachelor's work has been used in a variety of working methods: literature collection and analysis, a description of the territory and photofixation visual environmental assessment and project development. The results: The area is divided into 3 zones: representative, residential and business. The planting design was installed paths, roads, parking area and lighting systems. Designed 3 flower beds and rockery, also fruit garden and greenhouse zone. The selected assortment according to their bioecological characteristics: color, height, texture, flowering time, decorative levels and situation of living area. In this work the necessary installation and maintaining technology. 4 Develop drawings of the current situation, the general plan, dendrological plan, and plant details the perspective plan.
