Summary:The present paper provides a review of the comprehensive agenda of medium- and long-term development of marine medicine in Russia. Marine medicine is treated as an element of the national marine policy. Its pivotal principles are preserving and protecting of human resources of Russian Navy and taking care of seamen health and life. В статье рассматривается интегрированная модель действий по развитию морской медицины в России в среднесрочной и долгосрочной перспективе. Морская медицина рассматривается в качестве элемента национальной морской политики государства, важнейшими принципами которой являются сохранение и защита трудовых ресурсов российского флота, охрана жизни и здоровья моряков.
