Description
Summary:The paper presents the results of studies of epilithic phototrophic microorganisms colonization on CaCO3-containing samples (cubes of a chalk) in the nutrient medium with different concentrations of cupreous and plumbic salts. The fluorescens pulse amplitude modulation as well as the amperometric technique were used to control the action of Cu2+ and Pb2+ on the photosynthetic activity of enrichment cultures isolated from limestone of the Archangelskoe estate-museum historical buildings (XVIII—XIX c.).
