Summary:The general objective of this research was to propose a human talent management plan to improve the quality of service to victims of family violence of the DML III, Chiclayo, 2020. The study was quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental, prospective cross-sectional. The result was that the institution requires the application of strategies to enhance the quality of the service, and for this, a human talent management plan was proposed that allows strengthening the knowledge of collaborators to provide ideal care to the user. Given that the collaborators are the people who deal directly with the victims of violence because they are vulnerable women, they need the staff to offer them adequate treatment. La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo general proponer un plan de gestión del talento humano para mejorar la calidad de servicio a las víctimas de violencia familiar de la DML III, Chiclayo, 2020. El estudio fue cuantitativo, descriptivo, no experimental, transversal prospectivo. Se obtuvo como resultado que la institución requiere de la aplicación de estrategias para que potencialicen la calidad del servicio, y para ello, se planteó un plan de gestión de talento humano que permita fortalecer los conocimientos de los colaboradores para brindar una atención idónea al usuario, dado que los colaboradores son las personas que tratan directamente con las víctimas de violencia por ser mujeres vulnerables necesitan que el personal les ofrezca un trato adecuado.
