Summary:In a comprehensive assessment of children's health, the indicator of physical development is one of the priority criteria. It is fundamentally essential to evaluate it at the beginning of puberty. We assessed the FR of adolescents in the Arkhangelsk region at the beginning of puberty and revealed a connection between deviations from PD and reproductive disorders. A comprehensive assessment of physical development, determination of body mass index, ultrasound examination of the reproductive sphere in both girls and boys, and examinations by specialists were used. The disproportionality of physical development and the connection between these changes with signs of sexual development and the state of the organs of the reproductive system was established in girls and boys due to the change in body weight. В комплексной оценке здоровья детей показатель физического развития является одним из приоритетных критериев. Принципиально важно оценить его в дебюте пубертатного периода. В работе была поставлена цель: оценить физическое развитие подростков Архангельской области в дебюте пубертатного периода; установить связь отклонений физического развития с нарушениями в репродуктивной сфере. Использована комплексная оценка физического развития, определение индекса массы тела, ультразвуковое исследование репродуктивной сферы как у девочек, так и у мальчиков, осмотры специалистов. Выявлена непропорциональность физического развития за счет перемены массы тела, установлена связь этих изменений с признаками полового развития и состоянием органов репродуктивной системы и у девочек, и у мальчиков.
