| Summary: | W tekście przedstawiono przedmiot badań oraz ich zakres. Wskazano wykorzystane metody badawcze oraz charakterystykę poddanych analizie państw w ich uwarunkowaniach systemowych. Kraje podzielono na cztery grupy: 1) państwa starej UE oraz Islandia, Norwegia i Szwajcaria, 2) nowe państwa członkowskie UE, 3) państwa bałkańskie aspirujące do UE, 4) państwa Europy Wschodniej. Przedstawiono cechy systemowe państw w Europie w zakresie systemu politycznego i gospodarczego. The subject and methodology of research (Andrzej Nowosad, Rafał Wisła) The subject and range of research is presented in the text. The methodology used and characteristics of analyzed countries in their system conditions are indicated. The countries are divided in four groups: 1) countries of the old European Union along with Iceland, Norway and Switzerland, 2) new member states of the European Union, 3) Balkan states aspiring to membership of the European Union, 4) countries of the Eastern Europe. Presented are system features of countries in Europe regarding their political and economic systems.
