| Summary: | Przeprowadzona w tej pracy analiza brutalnej i ekstremistycznej retoryki jako narzędzia politycznego w polityce XXI wieku miała na celu przede wszystkim pokazanie, że tego typu retoryka stanowi skuteczne narzędzie zdobywania władzy w obecnej strategii politycznej, a zatem może stanowić narzędzie, a nie cel polityczny.Wiele badań dotyczących brutalnej i ekstremistycznej retoryki skupiało się na tym, że sami przywódcy wnoszą te cechy do walki politycznej jako część swojej osobowości. Takie podejście nie daje podstaw do dalszych badań nad funkcją i charakterem takiej retoryki, które mogłyby rzucić światło na tę problematykę od strony analizy dostępnych i stosowanych narzędzi w walce politycznej w systemach demokratycznych i niedemokratycznych i ukazać brutalną retorykę jako sposób na zdobywanie i utrzymywanie władzy.Celem tych badań jest zidentyfikowanie trendów, głównych tematów i sposobów wykorzystania brutalnej, ekstremistycznej retoryki przez różne podmioty polityczne do osiągnięcia swoich celów. Praca jest podzielona na 4 rozdziały: pierwszy dotyczy definicji brutalnej retoryki ekstremistycznej oraz ludzkich potrzeb i działań wobec tego typu retoryki ukazując ją w kontekście historycznym, w drugim rozdziale przedstawiono sposób wykorzystania brutalnej retoryki ekstremistycznej w walce politycznej o urząd prezydenta, w Stanach Zjednoczonych Ameryki, Republice Filipin, Federacyjnej Republice Brazylii, a tym samym zidentyfikowano wspólne trendy w temacie i rodzaju dyskursu.W trzeci rozdział rozprawy przedstawia w jaki sposób w niedemokratycznych reżimach rządzący używają tego typu retoryki, aby legitymizować swoje przywództwo w dłuższej perspektywie i jak pomaga im to w zmniejszaniu opozycji i zdobywaniu poparcia ich populacji. W tym rozdziale ukazane są trzy studia przypadków: Królestwo Arabii Saudyjskiej, Królestwo Bahrajnu i Koreańska Republika Ludowo-Demokratyczna, dzięki nim możliwe było porównanie sposobów rozpowszechniania tego typu retoryki.W rozdziale czwartym analizuje się, jak brutalna retoryka ekstremistyczna jest wykorzystywana przez partie opozycji politycznej w celu zmniejszenia wpływów rządzących większości w danym systemie politycznym, tu analiza skupia się na ewolucji trzech partii politycznych w Republice Federalnej Niemiec, Republice Francuskiej i Republice Włoskiej. The thesis provides comprehensive analysis of the violent and extremist rhetoric used as a political tool in the 21st century politics. The author tries to demonstrate throughout the paper that it is effective and efficient instrument to gain power and advantage in the political strategy.Many studies in regard of political violent extremist rhetoric have focused on the leaders themselves carry these traits as part of their personality but it does not give further research on to be used as an effective tool for democratic and nondemocratic regimes politics to achieve and keep power and further in regard of a strategy.The intention of this research is to identify the trends, main topics and the ways through which violent extremist rhetoric is used by different political subjects to achieve their goals. It is divided in 4 chapters: The first, focus on the definition of violent extremist rhetoric and the human needs and actions towards this type of rhetoric showing it with historical examples, in the second chapter it is showed the way that violent extremist rhetoric is used to win presidential campaigns thus showing a comparison between United States of America, Republic of the Philippines, Federative Republic of Brazil and, hence identifying the common trends on topic and type of discourse.In the third chapter, is studied how nondemocratic regimes use this type of rhetoric in order to legitimize their leadership through for a long term and how it helps them to diminish dissidence and get the support of their population, it is also compared three case studies ( Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Bahrain and the Democratic People’s Republic of North Korea) where it was possible compare the main ways they use to spread this type of rhetoric.In the fourth chapter it is analyze how violent extremist rhetoric is used by political opposition parties to diminish the influence current regimes, it can be shown the evolution of three political parties in Federal Republic of Germany, French Republic and Italian Republic and their increased support in a major scale through time.
