Major news was the first Iceland Gull seen in Iowa, at Pleasant Valley, Iowa. Grouped with this document was an undated Melba Wigg letter to Vernon M. Kleen regarding winter bird sightings around Council Bluffs, Iowa, and the associated field notes. Observations from March were included.
