Summary:The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of thermal environmental improvement by solar insulating on the RC construction in Okinawa. Insulating paint becomes the hige insulating material of the temperature. The paint is a wall surface and the roof surface, setting is simple. It could be proposed as a good system which improved the indoor thermal environment on the existent houses. Experiment1 is an insulating material and an effect of the paint. Green Roof planting turned out best at the surface temperature. This is connected with air layer temperature. Experiments2 used paint together. It is apply paint of a carbonic acid calcium and paint to the surface of the insulating material. Experiment used it together to an insulating material having an air layer. This study is clear to become the superior warm temperature environment improvement. It is useful for energy saving and reduction of a carbonic acid calcium in this study. If it is made, We are going to happy.
